I am 63, retired, and was looking for a way to up my metabolism. I met up with Dennis, and he signed me up with Domingo (one of Dennis’ trainers). He has been fantastic! In the 6 months that I have been working out with him, I’ve had to have foot surgery, and he had no problem figuring out a way to make my workouts beneficial in spite of my handicap. I finally feel like I am on my way to being as fit as I would like! Thank you, Dennis and Domingo, for helping me find a way to reach my goals!
