Dennis Blair, Certified Personal Trainer and Specialist in Performance Nutrition

I started Core Fitness and Nutrition 14 years ago with the intention of helping people live happy and healthy lives through fitness and nutrition. This is my passion and my purpose in life. Whenever a client accomplishes their goals, it still gives me goosebumps after all these years!

In 14 years, I have trained a whole host of people. I have trained people for:

  • Weight loss
  • Extreme weight loss
  • General fitness
  • Functional fitness
  • Hiking fitness
  • Athletic competitions
  • Bodybuilding

I also have a great deal of experience with training people with various physical limitations. I have worked with people with the following limitations:

  • Knee and hip replacements
  • Knee injuries
  • Shoulder injuries
  • Back injuries and surgeries
  • Spinal cord injuries and fusions
  • Strokes (both cerebral and spinal)
  • Traumatic brain injuries
  • Heart failure
  • Parkinson’s Disease
  • Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes
  • Fibromyalgia

I have also worked with kids as young as 10 and as old as 93!

My ultimate goal with my clients is to give them the tools and education to make being healthy and strong a lifetime pursuit. If a client doesn’t apply what I have shown them after they stop working with me, then I have failed. My workouts are fun, efficient and get you in the best shape of your life!

Matt Konopka, Certified Personal Trainer

I’ve been a trainer in Northern Colorado for over 10 years, with experience training individuals as young as 13 and as old as 81. My expertise is weight loss and functional training, as well as working with individuals who have past or current injuries. My training persona is patience and motivation, with an aptitude for teaching. I believe 100% in a healthy lifestyle being a major key to a happy life!
