I started Core Fitness and Nutrition 15 years ago with the intention of helping people live happy and healthy lives. As their personal trainer, I provide my clients with fitness and nutrition education, motivation and all the tools they need to achieve their goals! Fort Collins is a great community with opportunity for various physical fitness activities!

What I do for my clients is my passion and my purpose in life. Whenever a client accomplishes their goals, I still get goosebumps even after all these years!

In the past 15 years, I have trained a whole host of people for a variety of reasons including:

  • Extreme weight loss
  • General fitness
  • Functional fitness
  • Hiking fitness
  • Athletic competitions
  • Bodybuilding

I am also experienced with training people with various physical limitations, such as the following:

  • Spinal cord injuries and fusions
  • Strokes (both cerebral and spinal)
  • Traumatic brain injuries
  • Heart failure
  • Parkinson’s Disease

  • Fibromyalgia

I have also worked with kids as young as 10 and with adults as old as 93!

My ultimate goal with my clients is to give them the tools and education to make being healthy and strong a lifetime pursuit. If a client doesn’t apply what I have shown them after they stop working with me, then I have failed. My workouts are fun, efficient and get you in the best shape of your life!

Matt’s been a personal trainer in Northern Colorado for over 10 years with experience training individuals as young as 13 years old and as old as 81. His expertise is weight loss and functional training as well as working with individuals who have past or current injuries. His personal training style is patience and motivation with an aptitude for teaching. Matt believes 100% in a healthy lifestyle being a major key to a happy life!
