Personal Trainer: Wellington and Fort Collins' Donna Eldridge
I started my fitness journey in high school with volleyball and softball athletics, and my love for fitness has continued ever since. I have over 15 years of certification experience in one-on-one personal training and group coaching along with nutrition counseling. I also am certified as a specialist in exercise endocrinology. I have worked with all age ranges and my training has included special populations. As a female personal trainer, I also bring an unique perspective to my female clients when training them for their individual goals.
I was inspired to join the fitness industry after reflecting on the value and lessons I learned working with a personal trainer of my own. My approach to training relies heavily on the fundamentals of functional training including movements from the actions of daily life that are unique to each individual. My aim is to help find the types of exercises and lifestyle changes that are exciting, manageable and shape a path to achieve goals.
My philosophy on fitness encompasses all facets of wellness to help you become the best version of yourself that you can be. My passions are training and fitness, and I absolutely love helping people smash through their goals and live their best life!

Personal Trainer: Fort Collins' Mandee Coffman
I started my fitness journey as a competitive swimmer and competed for 12 years. At 17, I became a swim coach and trained swimmers off and on for years. I lived in northern California for 10 years and worked as a personal trainer for some of those years. Through those experiences, I fell in love with the body; how it moves and adapts is fascinating to me. I was a strong woman competitor for a few years and ended up with a knee injury which required surgery. I participated in physical therapy and after PT, decided I wanted to help people in their fitness journeys. I am passionate about getting people to move again and giving others the building blocks they need to live their best life. Whether that means walking up a couple flights of stairs or doing the Manitou Springs incline. It brings me so much happiness to watch people accomplish things they never thought they could. I am patient and dedicated and look forward to working with you.
