Personal trainer Fort Collins: Dennis Blair.

Dennis Blair, Certified Personal Trainer and Specialist in Performance Nutrition

I started Core Fitness and Nutrition in 2003 with the intention of helping people live happy and healthy lives. As their personal trainer, I provide my clients with fitness and nutrition education, motivation and all the tools they need to achieve their goals! Fort Collins is a great community with opportunity for various physical fitness activities.

What I do for my clients is my passion and my purpose in life. Whenever a client accomplishes their goals, I still get goosebumps even after all these years!

In the past 16 years, I have trained a whole host of people for a variety of reasons including:

  • Weight loss
  • Extreme weight loss
  • General fitness
  • Functional fitness
  • Hiking fitness
  • Athletic competitions
  • Bodybuilding

I am also experienced with training people with various physical limitations and have a post-physical therapy program. I have also worked with kids as young as 10 and with adults as old as 93!

My programs are designed with what the client is trying to achieve with their specific health and fitness goals. There is no cookie cutter approach to the programs that I give to my clients. My programs are very specific to each individual client because everyone has their own individual goals.

My ultimate goal with my clients is to give them the tools and education to make being healthy and strong a lifetime pursuit. If a client doesn’t apply what I have shown them after they stop working with me, then I have failed. My workouts are fun, efficient and get you in the best shape of your life!

Personal trainer Fort Collins: Matt Konopka.

Donna Eldridge, Certified Personal Trainer, Fort Collins

I started my fitness journey in high school with volleyball and softball athletics, and my love for fitness has continued ever since. I have over 10 years of certification experience in one-on-one personal training and group coaching along with nutrition counseling. I have worked with all age ranges and my training has included special populations.

I was inspired to join the fitness industry after reflecting on the value and lessons I learned working with a personal trainer of my own. My approach to training relies heavily on the fundamentals of functional training including movements from the actions of daily life that are unique to each individual. My aim is to help find the types of exercises and lifestyle changes that are exciting, manageable and shape a path to achieve goals.

My philosophy on fitness encompasses all facets of wellness to help you become the best version of yourself that you can be. My passions are training and fitness, and I absolutely love helping people smash through their goals and live their best life!
